How do I open an Expederm account?
The first time you proceed to check out the items in your shopping bag, you will be asked to enter your email address and choose a password. That's it! Your Expederm account is created and ready for you to use each time you shop. There is also the option to shop without creating an account, only this way you won't receive our special offers for registered members. Our offers are very worthwhile so we recommend you sign up and grab the deals!
Can I change my password?

How do I pay for the products in my shopping bag?
- Click on the "My Bag" link from the Expederm homepage. You will see a list of all the items you filled your shopping bag with.
- Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to our secure payment page at paypal.com.
- Follow the easy checkout steps; including entering a coupon or catalogue code, should you have one. You can select the delivery address of your choice. This makes it easy to send gifts to friends and family.
- If you are a first time shopper: you will be asked to enter some information to set up your Expederm account. It is also possible to make purchases without setting up an account but we recommend shopping as a registered member. That way, you have access to all of our special promotions and offers.

How do I use the Express Checkout feature ?
After you register an account at Expederm and make your first purchase, you will be able to skip almost all of the checkout steps purchase items immediately. Prices can be viewed in all currencies, however when paying with PayPal the ammount will be converted to and paid in USD.
Another handy feature is the "Related Products" column on the right-hand side of each product page. Here we list other items that we suggest go well with the product you are interesting in purchasing. To add any of these related products to your shopping bag simply mark their check boxes.
What if the product I want to purchase is out of stock?
Usually our shelves are fully stocked with all of the products you can choose from on our website. However, if a product is in high demand, we may experience a temporary shortage. If this is the case, we will contact you by email and give you the option to either cancel your order or wait until new stock arrives. Should you choose to wait until the new stock arrives, we guarantee that your order will ship out within 5 business days from the day we receive the supply. If you choose to cancel, contact us at info@expederm.com and include your order number and email address registered with your Expederm account. A customer support representative will take care of the cancellation immediately.
What is "My Wishlist?"
This is a great feature that helps making shopping quicker and easier by creating your own favorites list. You can add your preferred products to your wishlist so you can find what you need right away instead of browsing through all of sections each time you want to place an order. Simply click on "Add to wishlist" from any product page and it will appear on your personal wishlist page. You can add or remove products from your wishlist at any time.
Are there any benefits to using the Wishlist feature?

Shipping
When will my order arrive?
For orders shipped via the United States Postal Service, delivery is usually expected in 4-6 business days within the USA and approximately 7 days outside the USA.
How can I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided Expederm when you registered to our website. To make sure you receive our emails, we suggest you add orders@expederm.com to our email account's safe list.
I made a purchase at Expederm but I haven't received a shipping confirmation. How come?
Check your Spam and Junk folders to make sure emails from Expederm are not getting blocked by your email provider's filter. If you do not find our emails there, contact our Customer Support Team and include your order number and email address registered in your Expederm account. A representative will assist you within 1 business day.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive on time?
Most of the time, our shipments arrive in approximately 7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation. Of course, exceptions can occur from time to time due to unexpected weather conditions or other unpredicted circumstances. If 7 business days have passed and you still haven't received your order, we'll track it down for you and make sure it arrives as soon as possible. Simply contact our customer support at orders@expederm.com
How can I follow my order?
In your shipping confirmation email there is a tracking number and the URL of the carrier. To view the status of your shipment, click on the URL and follow the prompts to enter your tracking number. You can also check your Expederm account for your order details including date of shipping and tracking number. Go to your account page and select "Order Status" to view your transaction history.
Can I change my billing/shipping address?
Yes. During the check out process you have the option to update your billing and shipping information, whether you are a registered member of a visiting shopper that would like to send a gift to a friend or family member at a different address. Make sure to submit any updates necessary before you submit your order. We process orders instantly and are unable to make any changes post submission.
Which currencies can I pay with?
Expederm supports payments in US dollars ,Euros and GBP (Great Britain Pound). Prices can be viewed in these currencies, however when paying with PayPal the ammount will be converted to and paid in USD.

What if my order arrives and something is missing?
We take great care in packing customer orders so that you receive everything you purchased and in perfect condition. Our experienced warehouse employees are committed to inspect each package, including its weight, multiple times before sending out to ship. If you do find that your order is missing an item or you receive a wrong item by mistake, please contact us at orders@expederm.com. If a product became damaged during the shipping, please email us and we will instruct you on how to replace it.
Returns
What is Expederm's return policy?
We'll accept returned products as long as they are sealed and sent back to us in their original packaging. All returned products are carefully inspected by our staff before their prices are refunded. If a returned item is found to be altered, damaged or used, we cannot accept the return and you will not be refunded.
How do I return a product?
Send an email to our Customer Support at info@expederm.com. A representative will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day and instructions on how to send your product back to Expederm
Can I change my settings?
